3 hour gym time, including time in the party area

Open Gym Style - No Instructor

We will have party tables and chairs set up for your group. You can bring what decorations you would like for the tables and party area!  You may use this area for opening gifts, cake, ice cream, or food, however you prefer!!

 

 

BLACK Party

Member: $175

Nonmember: $250

1 Hour Gym Time plus 30 minutes in the party area

Instructor Led - World Cup Ohio Coach Leads Games and Activities 

We will have party tables and chairs set up for your group. You can bring whatever decorations, food, etc. that you would like! You may use the gym for games and activities that you plan for your group!

Birthday Party

Rules and Regulations

Basics. The Cheer Center - Home of World Cup Ohio - is located at 1761 Gateway Circle, Grove City, OH.  The space is equipped with 2 full-size competition spring floors, a 30 ft. in ground Tumble Trak, a competition grade trampoline and a multitude of training mats.  Parties includes up to 50 guests.

Rates. Rental Fee is $175 for current World Cup Ohio team members or Cheer Center tumbling members.  Non-Members wishing to rent the gym for a Birthday Party can do so for a rate of $250.

Hours. Birthday Parties can be scheduled on Saturdays, depending on gym space. No event shall last longer than 3 hours (including set up and clean up time).  Host must select Gold or Black option for the Birthday Party on the Booking Form.

Food & Beverage. You are responsible for providing your own food and beverage.  The host must also provide paper products and table settings.  Alcohol is NOT permitted.

Music. You may play your own music during your event.  There is a CD player and Auxiliary Cord on the media console.  You are responsible for bringing your own music and device to attach to the console.

Setup. Party tables and chairs will be set up for your group in the party area.  Host is responsible for your own table decorations, including table covers.  Mats may be moved during event, but must be returned to original location before leaving the event.

Cleanup.  You are responsible for ensuring the gym and party area look exactly like it does when you arrive.  Trash must be cleaned up and taken to dumpster on the south end of the building.  Mats and equipment must be returned to their original location.

Cancellation Policy.  Events may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled date without penalty.  Events cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled date will be assessed a $50 fee.
